This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for ENSEK Flex, identifying target segments, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and a commercialization roadmap that aligns with product development.
• Cultivate and manage distinct positioning and messaging for the Flex platform and its component solutions, converting intricate technical capabilities into commercially appealing value propositions.
• Empower Sales to effectively promote Flex by producing impactful sales enablement materials, such as discovery frameworks, battle cards, objection handling techniques, ROI narratives, and competitive positioning tools.
• Keep an up-to-date perspective on the market and competitive environment, including energy flexibility platforms, aggregators, OEM-led initiatives, and regulatory changes across ENSEK’s current and future markets.
• Oversee launch planning and commercialization for key Flex features, integrations, and milestones, ensuring robust framing, suitable launch strategies, and sales preparedness.
• Participate in and, when appropriate, spearhead thought leadership initiatives that establish ENSEK as a credible authority in energy flexibility, including events, conferences, analyst engagement, and written content.
• Serve as the connective link among Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, ensuring a cohesive and credible Flex narrative as integration with Ignition progresses.
• Thoughtfully utilize AI tools to scale research, content creation, analysis, and testing, while maintaining full ownership of judgment, quality, and outputs.
• Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B software or technology setting, with comprehensive ownership of positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Extensive domain knowledge in energy flexibility, distributed energy resources, or related smart energy markets, with the capacity to engage credibly with technical experts and senior buyer audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in translating technical complexity into clear and compelling commercial narratives.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, with a solid understanding of how enablement influences real buying processes and pipeline progression.
• Comfort in a high-autonomy environment characterized by broad ownership, rapid pace, and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with structured product marketing methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic Institute).
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to enhance product marketing efforts while upholding strong editorial, strategic, and quality standards.
