• Establish unique product positioning and messaging that aligns with customer needs, product features, and market insights.
• Simplify complex AI and legal technology into compelling customer value tailored for various buyer personas.
• Develop consistent narratives across the website, marketing campaigns, product launches, sales materials, and partner initiatives.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy for new product enhancements, features, integrations, and partnerships.
• Strategize and implement launches encompassing positioning, messaging, enablement, campaigns, and post-launch activities.
• Establish repeatable go-to-market processes to facilitate company growth.
• Produce customer- and sales-facing materials such as pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, demo narratives, and industry insights.
• Generate customer evidence through case studies, testimonials, webinars, customer narratives, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to enhance product adoption, deal quality, and success rates.
• Manage product messaging across the website and digital platforms.
• Develop campaigns that foster awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
• Evaluate and refine product marketing initiatives.
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, and win/loss analysis.
• Convert customer dialogues, product usage, and market trends into actionable insights.
• Guide product planning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies using customer and market insights.
• Spot opportunities for differentiation, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Strategy, or Solutions Marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS context.
• Experience in marketing intricate software products to enterprise clients, preferably those powered by AI or involving substantial data.
• Proven history of successfully leading product launches and creating positioning that results in measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and a knack for translating technical or AI-driven products into clear, distinctive customer value propositions.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a record of converting insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• High levels of ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance research, content creation, and implementation.
• Background in marketing AI or machine learning products.
• Experience in selling to enterprise legal, professional services, or other knowledge-intensive sectors.
• Familiarity with legal workflows, knowledge management, document management systems, or enterprise search solutions.
• Experience in launching integrations, partnerships, or ecosystem products.
