This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for products, features, services, and market initiatives across D2L’s various segments.
• Establish a robust understanding of target markets, buyers, users, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
• Leverage market research, customer feedback, data analysis, competitive intelligence, and AI-enhanced assessments to validate opportunities and guide the product roadmap, packaging, pricing, positioning, and messaging.
• Develop and uphold value proposition frameworks that align buyer needs with D2L solutions, effectively conveying the distinctive value of our offerings.
• Serve as the market advocate by converting customer and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Assist in launch planning through precise audience identification, messaging, internal readiness, enablement, campaign contributions, and success metrics.
• Simplify intricate product features, technical concepts, and AI-enabled functionalities into clear, customer-centric narratives.
• Create messaging frameworks, product narratives, persona-driven messaging, campaign briefs, website content, pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, demo guidance, and launch materials.
• Develop sales enablement resources that empower customer-facing teams to effectively communicate product value, differentiation, use cases, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to ensure readiness for selling, delivering, and supporting new products and capabilities.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS, education technology, learning technology, enterprise software, or a similar B2B setting.
• Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated history of positioning, messaging, and launching products across diverse customer segments, buyer types, or geographical areas.
• Capability to distill complex product, technical, or market concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for customers.
• Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies, customer journeys, sales enablement, competitive positioning, and campaign support.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for research, content development, analysis, productivity, or marketing workflows.
• Excellent judgment in assessing AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, quality, brand conformity, customer relevance, and responsible application.
• High-impact storytelling abilities that link customer challenges to product value and business results.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working alongside Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Enablement teams.
