Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover market trends, customer requirements, and opportunities for differentiation.

• Design and implement go-to-market strategies that align with market demand to enhance product adoption.

• Develop clear and engaging messaging and content that effectively conveys product value propositions to targeted audiences.

• Work in collaboration with Product Management to assist in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and market alignment.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to create sales enablement materials and demand-generation initiatives.

• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, market share, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction; adjust strategies based on findings.

• Collaborate with Pricing teams to aid in pricing, packaging, and product bundling strategies.

• Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Perform additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product marketing within Banking, Fintech, or Software (SaaS) is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in product marketing or similar roles.

• Strong comprehension of product management and marketing principles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

• Robust analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

• A proven history of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic and evolving organization.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
