β’ Serve as the customer's voice in commercial and marketing discussions, ensuring insights influence how we present, package, and sell our products.
β’ Regularly disseminate customer and market intelligence throughout the organization, assisting teams in staying aligned with customer values and market trends.
β’ Create and uphold distinct positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the product range.
β’ Transform product capabilities and innovations into engaging, outcome-focused customer narratives.
β’ Ensure consistency and clarity of product narratives across customer-facing channels and internal documentation.
β’ Manage messaging, materials, and go-to-market initiatives for product launches, updates, and key campaigns.
β’ Define, brief, and sustain essential product marketing assets β including product pages, launch briefs, sales enablement resources, and product summaries.
β’ Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that launches are not only commercially viable but also operationally prepared.
β’ Influence product pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies in collaboration with product and commercial leadership.
β’ Assess suitable fulfillment models for new offerings, encompassing sales-assisted methods as well as automated or marketing-driven fulfillment.
β’ Identify chances to enhance adoption, expand into related use cases, and increase revenue across the portfolio β including evaluating how our core strengths support product or market expansion.
β’ Comprehend key customer journeys spanning awareness, evaluation, onboarding, and adoption.
β’ Pinpoint friction points and opportunities for enhancing conversion, engagement, and retention.
β’ Develop content and programs that enable customers to realize value swiftly and comprehensively.
β’ Establish and maintain structured feedback mechanisms β such as webinars, customer communities, and advisory groups β that yield continuous commercial and market insights.
β’ Influence how products are showcased across websites, campaigns, content, and events.
β’ Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer sentiment to guide positioning and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Proven experience in a product marketing, go-to-market, or commercial strategy role, preferably within software, SaaS, or digital products.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convert product details into clear, persuasive customer language.
β’ Demonstrated capability to comprehend customer needs and translate them into enhanced positioning, messaging, and commercial results.
β’ Experience in shaping or supporting product pricing, packaging, or commercial launch strategies.
β’ Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities across product, sales, and marketing teams.
β’ Comfortable working across various products, audiences, and priorities.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to merge qualitative and quantitative insights.
β’ Proficient in utilizing AI tools in daily tasks and adept at presenting AI-driven features to customers.
