• Take ownership of and oversee SARAL's content strategy and editorial timeline.

• Work in collaboration with writers, SEO experts, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.

• Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.

• Discover, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.

• Lead co-marketing initiatives, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter partnerships.

• Enhance website conversion rates through ongoing CRO experiments.

• Refine lead qualification processes, scoring systems, and funnel effectiveness.

• Initiate, assess, and refine growth experiments across diverse acquisition channels.

• Monitor growth metrics, pinpoint opportunities, and suggest enhancements.

• Manage projects from concept to execution while ensuring accountability for business results.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

• Proven experience managing a marketing channel, campaign, or function from start to finish.

• Strong background in overseeing a content calendar.

• Practical experience in partnership outreach and relationship management.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.

• Capability to create and enhance marketing content independently without relying on AI.

• Familiarity with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Knowledge of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels.

• Proficient in using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics tools.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on experimentation.

• Self-motivated, highly responsible, and adept at working in a fast-paced remote setting.
