• Develop and implement detailed product marketing strategies that align with overarching business goals and promote product adoption and revenue enhancement.
• Perform market analysis to uncover customer requirements, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to guide product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and marketing to formulate go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features.
• Craft engaging and distinct product messaging and content tailored to target audiences across various channels, including websites, sales materials, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and sustain sales enablement resources and materials, such as product guides, playbooks, and training sessions, to equip the sales team and partners with the tools necessary to effectively promote Oasis Security solutions.
• Lead thought leadership efforts by producing content like whitepapers, blogs, and webinars to inform prospects, customers, and the wider cybersecurity community.
• Evaluate key metrics and performance indicators to assess the success of product marketing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or STEM; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• A proven history of developing and executing effective product marketing strategies that contribute to revenue growth and market penetration.
• A strong grasp of cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS products, with the capability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and present complex information clearly and succinctly.
• A strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance marketing performance.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
