This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the primary contact for any inquiries or ideas related to the website β managing, directing to appropriate partners, and ensuring follow-up.
β’ Develop new solution, use case, and product pages from start to finish β taking ownership of the narrative and content, collaborating with brand and web teams for building and publishing.
β’ Maintain the accuracy and consistency of existing pages as the product and positioning develop.
β’ Craft and revise copy that embodies our infrastructure-first API positioning.
β’ Convert technical capabilities into clear, engaging narratives that align with business outcomes.
β’ Serve as an internal authority on our key use cases β voice agents, medical scribes, AI note takers, customer interactions β including knowledge of the buyers, competitors, and market dynamics for each.
β’ Create executive-level positioning and strategic narratives for buyers in those target use cases, translating them into presentations, landing pages, and campaigns.
β’ Transform new product and feature launches into campaigns focused on use-case-specific solutions.
β’ Identify emerging use cases and verticals based on customer insights, signup trends, and market signals β and indicate areas for further focus.
β’ Develop and maintain decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and messaging guides.
β’ Lead enablement programs that provide the organization with a collective understanding of our target buyers and effective selling strategies.
β’ Collaborate with lifecycle and demand generation teams on activation campaigns β including email nurtures, onboarding processes, and personalized targeting based on signup activities.
β’ 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing; additional experience at a developer-focused or API-first company is a plus.
β’ Proficient writer capable of making technical products clear and engaging.
β’ Ability to convert technical capabilities into positioning that correlates with business outcomes for enterprise clients.
β’ Experience in supporting sales teams with enablement materials that positively impact revenue metrics.
β’ Exceptional project management and communication skills across functions.
β’ Inquisitive about Voice AI and enthusiastic about marketing infrastructure that assists developers in creating the next generation of voice-powered products.
β’ Proficient in using AI and LLMs in daily tasks β employing them to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and iterations, while understanding their advantages and limitations.
