• Articulate the business value of Arctic Wolf's cybersecurity offerings to Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.
• Create solution positioning and value-driven messaging that sets the company apart from its competitors.
• Perform market research and gather buyer intelligence to gain insights into personas, purchasing behaviors, and buying criteria.
• Oversee go-to-market product launches involving Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, communications, training, sales enablement, and deliverables.
• Develop sales and marketing materials such as datasheets, solution briefs, blogs, and presentations.
• Create talk tracks and internal tools to facilitate the sales process.
• Implement growth strategies for the Managed Service Provider channel through strategic planning and project management.
• Collaborate across functions with Product Management, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
• Engage with customers, develop personas, and launch products and promotional campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in taking products from initial conception to market launch in the cybersecurity sector.
• Proficient in managing shifting task priorities and multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Exceptional project management and presentation capabilities.
• Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong interviewing and listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success in marketing through and to a partner channel.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, English, social sciences, business, or marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B cybersecurity product marketing.
• Willingness to travel; a passport is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 1–2 years of preferred experience in Security Operations solutions as a product marketer.
• Direct experience with cybersecurity solutions for Managed Service Providers, including Endpoint Security and Managed Detection and Response, is preferred.
• Must adhere to information security policies, standards, processes, and controls.
