This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define market needs, market sizing, and distinct positioning for the Workforce Engagement Management category.
• Conduct customer research, analyze competitive intelligence, and collect feedback from Sales and Customer Success.
• Develop and manage launch plans, value propositions, competitive narratives, and demo flows for feature releases and campaigns.
• Ensure timely and brand-consistent execution across teams.
• Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap trade-offs and prioritization through market evidence and customer insights.
• Act as the customer's representative in strategic product discussions.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with pitches, battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and playbooks.
• Co-create and launch partner product integrations with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee the go-to-market narrative and enablement for co-marketed solutions.
• Drive data-informed demand generation and campaign management.
• Design, execute, and refine campaigns and content throughout the buyer journey.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust campaigns based on insights.
• Formulate pricing strategies, packaging recommendations, and financial modeling for the WEM segment.
• Validate assumptions through customer and sales feedback.
• Mentor and guide associate-level product marketers on research, positioning, and launch execution.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• Proven ownership of a feature, product, or segment launch with quantifiable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with both sales-led growth (SLG) and product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
• Experience in contact center, customer experience, or ERP environments is advantageous.
• A strong interest in workforce engagement, WEM buyer personas, use cases, operational workflows, and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency in pricing strategy, value proposition development, storytelling, basic financial modeling, and BI dashboards.
• Capability to build a business case and monitor leading indicators.
• Strategic research abilities, including conducting customer interviews, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and TAM sizing.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across various functions.
• Capacity to present to executives, bridge the gap between Product and Sales, and foster trust with cross-functional partners.
• Project and program management expertise, including managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and ensuring execution to completion.
• Outcome-oriented and metrics-focused mindset.
• Skill in balancing strategic insights with detailed execution.
• Ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and a readiness to challenge assumptions based on evidence.
• Capacity to take comprehensive ownership, independently solve problems, flag risks promptly, and escalate when necessary.
• Ability to mentor peers and junior team members while sharing knowledge generously.
