This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of comprehensive product launches, encompassing positioning, messaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution.
• Assist the sales team with collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and training materials.
• Create and sustain customer stories and case studies that illustrate real-world impact across essential verticals.
• Lead the content strategy, focusing on SEO, AEO, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and web teams to develop landing pages, emails, and campaign assets.
• Work across both product-led growth and sales-led strategies, connecting self-serve users to sales-assisted growth.
• Generate enterprise buyer insights for effective positioning, segmentation, and campaign strategies.
• Cooperate with product, sales, design, and developer relations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build and scale the product marketing infrastructure, including messaging frameworks, launch systems, and repeatable go-to-market processes.
• Contribute to defining LiveKit’s market presence as a leader in voice AI infrastructure.
• Minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience.
• Ideally experienced in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML domains.
• Proven experience in both product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ownership of comprehensive product launches with measurable effects on pipeline, adoption, win rates, or other metrics.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to translate complex technical concepts for developer and enterprise buyer audiences.
• Ability to function as a player-coach, creating strategies while executing tasks directly.
• Strong perspective on the role and evolution of product marketing in the age of AI.
• Experience with partner-led or ecosystem go-to-market strategies is a plus.
• Preference for candidates based in the US; open to remote applicants.
