This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with General Managers to convert intricate AI Care platform capabilities into solution packages tailored for Commercial Health Plans, Public Sector, and Labor/Unions.
• Align product packaging, value-based models, and solution offerings with payer contracting, ASO/FI structures, and trust fund stipulations.
• Analyze payer purchasing matrices and develop sales playbooks, RFP narrative components, pitch tracks, and objection toolkits.
• Create positioning and messaging that emphasize population health impact, cost-of-care reduction, accessibility, and clinical outcomes.
• Test, iterate, and enhance messaging across payer channels, health plan pitch meetings, and RFP submissions.
• Manage the complete production of Payor GTM assets, including executive pitch presentations, clinical impact summaries, RFP content segments, and partnership guides.
• Conceptualize, initiate, and oversee integrated product and audience campaigns aligned with payer and trust fund planning cycles.
• Provide the Payor Commercial team with value propositions, sales strategies, and presentation materials.
• Work in conjunction with Demand Gen, Brand, Events, and General Managers on collaborative GTM initiatives.
• Act as the main GTM strategist and narrative driver for Sword’s Enterprise business.
• A minimum of 8 years of B2B Product Marketing experience.
• Proven history of launching new products, creating engaging narratives, and executing complex GTM activations.
• Extensive experience in marketing to healthcare payors, particularly Health Plans, Public Sector/Government programs, or Labor/Trust Funds.
• Strong understanding of medical management, health plan procurement, and member engagement dynamics.
• Exceptional skill in translating complex technology into clear, credible, and financially persuasive value propositions.
• Demonstrated ability to take campaigns from concept to market launch, measuring pipeline impact, deal velocity, and contract successes.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with General Managers, Product Managers, and Commercial executives.
• Proficiency in developing macro payer category positioning and crafting detailed pitch presentations and RFP narratives.
• Active utilization of modern AI tools for audience research, messaging variations, deal intelligence analysis, and content creation.
• AI proficiency at a minimum Level 1 (Explorer), using AI daily to enhance personal productivity.
