Product Marketing Lead – Engineering Simulation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create distinct product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for engineering simulation solutions.

• Articulate how Datacor software improves mechanical and chemical engineering process design and analysis.

• Develop both technical and commercial materials, such as product briefs, blog articles, technical papers, case studies, and competitive battlecards.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions and major releases in collaboration with product management, sales, demand generation, and services teams.

• Compose, design, and implement customer email campaigns aimed at promoting product adoption and disseminating company information.

• Collaborate with events and demand generation teams on webinars, conferences, trade shows, and email marketing efforts.

• Engage with global channel partners and supply marketing resources to facilitate the promotion and sale of Datacor Engineering solutions.

• Document technical and customer use cases in commercial content.

• Perform competitive and market analyses to uncover opportunities, risks, and trends.

• Collect customer feedback to shape product roadmaps and marketing strategies.

• Develop buyer personas and outline customer journeys.

• Create and uphold sales enablement materials, including presentations, product collateral, demo videos, and training resources.

• Design and present presentation decks for customer meetings, conferences, and sales interactions.

• Speak at conferences, symposiums, and industry gatherings to technical audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a strong preference for Chemical Engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a similar role within engineering software, simulation, or process industries.

• Ability to contribute to both strategic and executional tasks within a small team.

• Proficiency in translating technical product features, complex engineering concepts, and product data into clear, customer-centric messaging and business value.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in conducting competitive and market analysis.

• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable presenting intricate information to both technical and business audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
