This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be joining Kacey and the Marketing team as the first dedicated bottom-of-the-funnel product marketer at Synera.
• You will create the content, narratives, and reusable assets that facilitate this across all channels and touchpoints.
• You will oversee product messaging from start to finish and collaborate closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners.
• Participate in all-hands meetings, then coordinate with Kacey and the CPO to stay updated on the latest product capabilities.
• Conduct interviews with a technical SME regarding a new simulation use case before moving on to your Claude projects to transform your notes into a messaging document.
• Analyze a competitive assessment and integrate feedback into a battlecard.
• You possess 5–8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing — preferably within engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.
• You have a background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software, and a solid understanding of how engineers operate.
• You are an outstanding writer and storyteller who can convert complex technical workflows into engaging narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• You are an excellent project manager capable of developing highly efficient processes with meticulous attention to detail.
• You prioritize AI-first approaches and are enthusiastic about creating AI-supported content workflows from the ground up.
• You excel in environments where you can take ownership and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• You are fluent in English; German is highly preferred, and French is a plus.
• Flexible working: you decide when and where to work (as long as you have residency in Germany).
• Flexible public holidays: swap days off according to your values and beliefs!
• Home office setup support along with access to our office in Bremen.
• Personal development budget of €2,000 to attend conferences and training, or to purchase interesting books for improvement in an area of your choice.
• We do not track your vacation days, as we trust all our team members to determine what is best for themselves and the company.
• Regular team events, virtual coffee breaks, and spontaneous afterworks.
