Product Marketing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in ClickHouse.

• Develop product and marketing materials including blog articles, benchmarks, guides, demos, webpages, documentation, and deliver presentations at conferences and meetups, among other tasks.

• Assist in defining and advancing our content strategy and roadmap.

• Assess and refine this strategy using metrics and feedback from stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven suggestions.

• Convert technical features and nuances into clear and concise value propositions that meet customer needs and address pain points.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for positioning.

• Collaborate across functions with product management, marketing, and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in engineering or product marketing engineering.

• Strong technical foundation with the capability to grasp complex engineering concepts and communicate them effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging engineering content.

• Proven project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.

• A collaborative team player with the skill to work effectively across various functions and organizational levels.

• Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

• In-depth knowledge of databases, especially OLAP.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or a related technical field.
