📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to create impactful market moments by collaborating with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop engaging campaigns that drive consideration and differentiation.

• Develop the core value proposition and messaging frameworks for Harrison.ai, translating intricate AI capabilities into clear business value for radiologists and pathologists.

• Create persuasive product narratives, unique positioning, and audience insights that enhance awareness, activation, and adoption of Harrison.ai's primary products.

• Construct detailed customer personas across diverse segments and buyer types.

• Collaborate with Brand and Growth Marketing to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.

• Design and implement top-tier sales enablement programs that include battle cards, sales narratives, objection handling guides, case studies, whitepapers, and conference presentations.

• Establish feedback mechanisms among Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Clinical teams to continually refine messaging.

• Work alongside Sales leadership on account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise healthcare systems.

• Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies.

• Propel product launches and marketing initiatives that generate leads and increase adoption, facilitating both sales-driven and product-driven growth approaches.

• Lead cross-functional launch planning involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams.

• Create launch materials and develop scalable processes that support Harrison.ai's rapid product development cycle.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities within the medical AI sector.

• Collect and synthesize customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and market trends to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

• Partner with Product and Research teams to ensure market insights influence product roadmap decisions.

• Monitor trends in the healthcare industry, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to information security.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 6 years in product marketing roles.

• A proven track record in B2B healthcare technology, preferably in enterprise software for healthcare providers.

• An expert storyteller and content creator capable of building comprehensive enablement programs utilizing various sales tools and tactics.

• Demonstrated quantifiable impact on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

• Skills in cross-functional collaboration, managing stakeholders across both technical and commercial teams.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, achieving results in ambiguous and rapidly changing settings.

• Nice to have skills and characteristics:

• Experience marketing enterprise software to physicians, radiologists, or pathologists.

• Background in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology sectors.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including clinical workflows and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in account-based marketing for healthcare enterprise sales.

• Proven experience in building and scaling product marketing functions.

• An MBA from a top-tier business school.
