This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• OPSWAT is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead demand generation for a specific set of MetaDefender® platform solutions: Peripheral Media Protection, Data Diodes & Secure Gateways, and OT & Cyber Physical Systems.
• This position is accountable for building and managing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, advance opportunities through the sales funnel, and provide measurable revenue attribution for both demand creation and demand capture initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with digital, product marketing, field teams, and sales to ensure campaigns align with buyer behavior.
• Design and implement multi-channel demand programs targeting buyers in critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, manufacturing, defense, and technology.
• Manage the campaign mix, including email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid media, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), industry review sites, and third-party sponsorships, while continually optimizing for cost-per-pipeline and influenced revenue goals.
• Develop programs that generate new interest from buyers who are not currently in the market. This includes paid social, targeted content initiatives, vertical-specific campaigns, and account-based strategies aimed at converting cold accounts into opportunities.
• Create nurture tracks and retargeting sequences aligned with buyer stages and solution compatibility. Campaigns should guide prospects through the funnel rather than merely generating impressions.
• Analyze campaign and pipeline data to determine what is effective, what is not, and where to reallocate resources.
• Work in tandem with Marketing Operations on reporting and attribution, utilizing insights to foster ongoing improvements across programs.
• Leverage generative AI and intent-driven personalization tools to enhance campaign speed and targeting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging related to advanced malware prevention, zero-day threats, and compliance positioning.
• Over 10 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology fields.
• Demonstrated success in both demand creation and demand capture. You have built pipeline from scratch, not just tapped into existing market interest.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns targeting technical buyer personas in OT (Operational Technology), ICS (Industrial Control Systems), and IT security environments.
• Proficient in working with campaign and pipeline data to extract insights and optimize programs. While you don’t need to create dashboards, you must understand what the metrics indicate.
• Required fluency in HubSpot and CRM systems; familiarity with 6sense or similar ABM platforms is preferred.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a significant advantage.
• Direct responsibility for GTM demand programs focused on high-priority OPSWAT solution areas.
