This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and manage the multi-channel demand generation engine, including SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Email, and new emerging channels. Establish targets and oversee the resource planning and outcomes associated with them.
• Create innovative campaigns and messaging that effectively encourage nonprofits and grant-funded organizations to engage and convert.
• Direct our AEO/GEO strategy to ensure Instrumentl is prominently featured in both traditional and AI-driven discovery.
• Take ownership of the conversion funnel, guiding it from the initial touchpoint through free trial activation and the Sales handoff process.
• Collaborate with Product and RevOps to enhance landing pages, onboarding processes, and lead routing mechanisms.
• Partner with PMM, Brand, and Events teams to develop cohesive campaigns, aligning with Sales on lead quality and pipeline management; work alongside RevOps and Finance on attribution, budgeting, and ROI assessments.
• Establish necessary dashboards and reporting infrastructure to facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Implement a robust test-and-learn framework: structured experiments, rapid iteration, and clear insights.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite execution and develop workflows that yield compounding benefits over time.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated success in owning pipeline metrics and constructing a multi-channel demand generation engine.
• Practical knowledge of SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Email, AEO, and CRO methodologies.
• Experience managing the execution of strategies through contractors and agencies while leading overall strategy and channel decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, effectively engaging with PMM, Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance teams.
• A creative marketer with a proven history of developing campaigns that drive conversions.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience in establishing a growth function from the ground up in an early-stage company.
