This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the integrated campaign strategy across all segments: Enterprise New Logo, Commercial Self-Serve, Growth accounts, and International (EMEA and APJ).
• Develop comprehensive plans that synchronize paid media, email/lifecycle, content, field events, webinars, ABM, and developer community programs into seamless, continuous motions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert positioning and competitive differentiation into engaging campaign themes, messaging, and assets.
• Manage campaign calendars, ensure launch readiness, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to guarantee programs launch on schedule and convey the intended message.
• Lead integrated initiatives aimed at acquiring new enterprise accounts in conjunction with New Logo sales teams and SDRs, utilizing targeted digital strategies, content syndication, webinars, and both virtual and in-person events.
• Enhance self-serve sign-up rates for Temporal Cloud through top-of-funnel campaigns directed at developers, platform engineers, and technical leads within commercial-segment companies.
• Design and implement campaign programs to assist the Growth Sales team in generating expansion pipeline within existing accounts.
• Scale Temporal’s ABM program that encompasses 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches in collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
• Build and execute integrated campaign programs that support Temporal’s go-to-market growth in EMEA and APJ, partnering with regional Field Marketing, Sales, and Developer Advocacy teams.
• Create, manage, and develop a high-performing team of campaign managers, offering strategic direction and opportunities for career advancement.
• Over 10 years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or developer-oriented technology companies, including at least 4 years in a Director-level role or higher with direct pipeline accountability.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling global integrated campaign programs across enterprise, commercial, and international segments in a high-growth SaaS setting.
• Extensive expertise in full-funnel marketing, from top-of-funnel developer acquisition to mid-funnel nurturing, ABM, and pipeline acceleration.
• Experience in marketing to technical audiences (developers, platform engineers, DevOps practitioners, engineering leaders); a background in developer-tools or infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Hands-on ABM experience, including 1:1/1:few strategies, intent data activation, and account-level measurement; familiarity with PLG strategies and self-serve conversion campaigns.
• International campaign experience that supports pipeline generation in EMEA and/or APJ alongside regional field teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing attribution models, managing pipeline dashboards, and optimizing program mix.
• Proficiency in the modern B2B marketing stack: Marketo, Salesforce, Claude/ChatGPT, paid media, and marketing analytics tools.
• A strong people leader and cross-functional collaborator; self-motivated and adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
