This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
β’ Take charge of product marketing for a specified range of products, encompassing both new and existing offerings, while supporting the complete lifecycle: Discover & Validate, Shape & Plan, Launch & Learn, Optimize & Scale.
β’ Establish positioning and messaging for your products based on behavioral data and user research.
β’ Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies across in-app interfaces, lifecycle messaging, and various marketing channels.
β’ Track adoption and engagement following the launch, identifying risks and opportunities for iteration.
β’ Approach every task as an experiment. Whether introducing a new feature or enhancing an existing one, design for learning, monitor results, and iterate based on data insights.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Marketing Communications on every product initiative. These partners are essential for testing, launching, and enhancing products.
β’ Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing to facilitate progress.
β’ Quickly adjust priorities in response to changing business needs.
β’ Contribute to team documentation to ensure insights and learnings are shared across teams.
β’ 0β2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related discipline. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Internships, co-op experiences, and academic projects are also considered.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
β’ Effective and concise communicator capable of transforming complex information into clear insights or recommendations.
β’ Inquisitive about AI tools and motivated to leverage them for enhanced productivity. Bonus points if you actively use such tools.
β’ Experience with consumer-facing or mobile products.
β’ Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs.
β’ Experience in lifecycle messaging, in-product messaging, or using Braze (or similar platforms).
β’ Background in fintech, subscription services, or marketplace businesses.
