This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of product marketing for a specific range of products, both new and established, overseeing the entire lifecycle: Discover & Validate, Shape & Plan, Launch & Learn, Optimize & Scale.
• Establish positioning and messaging for your products based on behavioral data and user research insights.
• Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies across in-app interfaces, lifecycle messaging, and various marketing channels.
• Assess adoption and engagement following launches, highlighting potential risks and pinpointing opportunities for iteration.
• Approach everything as an experiment, designing for insights, tracking outcomes, and refining based on data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Marketing Communications on every product you influence.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
• Effective and concise communicator capable of transforming complexity into clear insights or recommendations.
• Inquisitive about AI tools and motivated to leverage them for enhanced productivity. Bonus points if you already utilize these tools regularly.
• Nice to Have: Experience with consumer-facing or mobile products, familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs, exposure to lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or platforms like Braze (or similar), and a background in fintech, subscriptions, or marketplace businesses.
