Product Manager/Owner, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI projects for a designated Line of Business or claims sector.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven enhancements to claims processes, cost management, and customer service efficiency.

• Convert objectives into organized, sprint-ready execution strategies.

• Work in tandem with AI engineers and data scientists to assess feasibility, data accessibility, model transparency, and the impact on downstream operations.

• Manage and consistently improve the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within the insurance, claims, or managed services sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of claims operations, adjuster processes, or insurance service models.

• Experience in Agile delivery settings.

• Capability to translate operational challenges into well-structured technical requirements.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both business and technical audiences.
