This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Take responsibility for the strategy and roadmap concerning workflow automation, treasury onboarding, intelligent intake, and AI-driven solutions.
• Convert customer and market demands into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Discover opportunities to leverage AI, intelligent intake, and decision-making technology within the product portfolio.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain insights into operational challenges and market needs.
• Drive customer feedback initiatives, which include advisory groups, beta testing, and product validation sessions.
• Create data-driven business cases for new products and automation investments.
• Establish and track metrics for product adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist Sales and Solutions Consulting with strategic opportunities, demonstrations, and responses to RFPs.
• Confirm functionality delivered and ensure product-launch readiness.
• Represent the product portfolio in discussions surrounding product planning and prioritization.
• Provide solutions that lead to measurable operational improvements for FINBOA’s clients.
• Enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Validate new automation features prior to their release.
• Deliver clear requirements and priorities to cross-functional teams.
• Support roadmap decisions with insights from customers, market data, and business cases.
• A minimum of five years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or a related sector.
• Proven experience in managing strategic roadmaps for technically complex products.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, process enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in crafting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Prior experience in treasury management or banking operations is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI-enabled products is a plus.
• Background in supporting banks, credit unions, or other community financial institutions is advantageous.
• Candidates must reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas.
