This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Gain insights into customers, markets, buyer behavior, trends, and Ideal Customer Profiles.
• Establish product value propositions and measurable return on investment (ROI).
• Take ownership of market segmentation to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee product roadmaps across various functional areas.
• Identify issues and evaluate market requirements.
• Gather and articulate requirements from customers, prospects, sales, presales, delivery, value teams, and Workday subject matter experts.
• Develop and implement solutions that meet market and customer demands.
• Set pricing for feature add-ons and new product modules.
• Introduce products and features while facilitating delivery, marketing, and onboarding teams.
• Manage beta and early adopter programs in collaboration with customers and development partners.
• Assess success and ROI for Kainos and its clientele.
• Track competitors to ensure continued market leadership.
• Maintain relationships with customers and technology partners.
• Champion products both internally and externally through product messaging and marketing initiatives.
• Provide marketing, sales, and customer success teams with essential product knowledge and materials.
• Engage in ongoing market research and direct stakeholder interactions.
• Mentor junior members of the product team.
• Prior experience as a SaaS Product Manager within an Agile software development setting.
• At least 5 years of experience in analyzing, building, marketing, pricing, and launching software products, or relevant experience in a sales support role.
• Required knowledge and experience with Workday.
• Experience overseeing beta and early adopter programs with customers or development partners, or possess experience in an architect role during a Workday implementation / Phase X project.
• Demonstrated success collaborating closely with business analysts and product development leads/architects to enhance functional and non-functional product features.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, data privacy, compliance, or document management products.
• Previous experience integrating AI into commercial products to tackle real business challenges.
