• Establishing and overseeing the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, while identifying new avenues for growth and innovation.
• Promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to gain insights into customer pain points and behaviors.
• Advocating for inclusive design practices and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and technical feasibility.
• Developing and managing a product roadmap that reflects the overall product vision and strategy.
• Working alongside sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful launch and market acceptance of new products and features.
• Continuously assessing the product’s performance and collecting feedback from customers and stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize product enhancements and features.
• Leading product release schedules and establishing expectations for the delivery of new functionalities and improvements.
• Acting as a product ambassador both internally and externally, sharing knowledge and addressing inquiries.
• Anticipating industry trends and emerging technologies to craft a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a market leader.
• Making strategic choices regarding resource allocation and prioritizing product features to maximize business impact.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, including proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Balsamiq.
• A strong grasp of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Extensive experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to comprehend how customers engage with our software.
• Proficiency in writing both business and technical requirements.
• Capability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with a diverse array of disciplines and groups.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as cross-functional collaboration abilities.
