This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the Senior Product Manager in various strategic operations workstreams.
• Convert business priorities into precise technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, leading scoping discussions and creating clear written documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful capabilities.
• Oversee execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iterations, taking comprehensive ownership of roadmap development projects from requirements to delivery, release readiness, and post-development documentation and enablement.
• Create and uphold a structured intake and triage process for enhancement requests and operational tasks, ensuring consistent documentation of context, impact, dependencies, and suggested priority for leadership decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized overview of significant platform risks and ongoing operational gaps, highlighting risks promptly and transparently to product leadership to facilitate prioritization choices.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across various initiatives.
• Evaluate data, client feedback, and market indicators to guide product decisions and enhance feature value.
• Manage product documentation, release notes, internal enablement resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate discussions with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful adoption.
• Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance outcomes, including drafting communications, analyzing data, engineering prompts, and creating documentation.
• Minimum of 2 years in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership within a software company.
• Preferred experience in data, AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products.
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation features.
• Proven ability to convert vague requests into clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation) and drive projects to completion across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation (including REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and fundamentals of webhooks).
