Product Manager – Stablecoin, Digital Assets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the stablecoin product roadmap, determining which platforms to develop on, which stablecoins to support, and how they will integrate into payment and treasury processes.

• Create institutional-grade infrastructure that simplifies blockchain complexities while maintaining speed and cost efficiencies for end users.

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.

• Develop products that allow businesses to send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat currencies across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local currency corridors.

• Design on/off-ramp processes that are as straightforward as traditional banking, even for users who have never engaged with cryptocurrency.

• Ensure compatibility with fiat payment rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) so that stablecoins seamlessly extend existing payment infrastructures.

• Navigate US state licensing, MiCA, and Latin American crypto regulations to deliver compliant products in every market.

• Integrate AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into the product from the outset.

• Assess wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions that adhere to institutional-grade security standards.

• Evaluate and manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking institutions.

• Empower Sales and Customer Success teams to effectively position stablecoin offerings with CFOs and treasury departments.

• Monitor adoption metrics and prioritize initiatives based on data and business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, cryptocurrency exchange, cross-border payments organization, or fintech utilizing blockchain technology.

• In-depth knowledge of stablecoins, including issuance and redemption processes, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and the interaction of stablecoins with treasury flows and foreign exchange.

• Comprehensive understanding of fiat payment systems — ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI — including aspects such as reconciliation, settlement timing, and fiat conversions alongside stablecoin transactions.

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure: EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2 solutions, wallet architecture, key management, and custody; capable of collaborating directly with engineers on API documentation and system design.

• Strong regulatory knowledge: AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, state-specific licensing in the US, and the variations in compliance requirements across jurisdictions.

• Analytical skills: proficient in SQL, dashboard creation, and developing data-driven business cases.

• Excellent written communication skills: able to create strategy documents and product specifications that resonate with cross-functional stakeholders.
