📋 Description

• Establish product objectives, priorities, and success metrics.

• Develop and sustain a roadmap across various initiatives.

• Make trade-offs among features, formats, and investments.

• Utilize data, feedback, and judgment to inform decision-making.

• Oversee execution across Product, Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, Content, and Broadcast.

• Align stakeholders regarding priorities, scope, and timelines.

• Propel work forward across teams and eliminate obstacles.

• Ensure timely decision-making and consistent progress.

• Decompose product tasks into clear plans and deliverables.

• Manage timelines across multiple workstreams.

• Identify risks early and make necessary adjustments.

• Maintain a high standard of quality across outputs.

• Own and oversee budgets within your product areas.

• Allocate resources across events, content, and production based on priorities.

• Monitor spending and performance against the plan.

• Assess outcomes and adjust investments over time.

• Lead the development of Evo Legends and Evo Showcase as repeatable products in various markets.

• Define event structures, formats, and essential components of the experiences.

• Shape the integration of exhibition matches, local competitions, fan elements, and new content promotions.

• Ensure the products are clear, engaging, and consistent across different regions.

• Define the development of storytelling, matchups, and player narratives.

• Collaborate with teams to create content that supports each event, including promotional and broadcast materials.

• Ensure the experience is effective both on-site and for broadcast audiences.

• Establish repeatable processes for planning and executing events across regions.

• Develop documentation and workflows that facilitate scalability.

• Enhance how teams collaborate and deliver over time.

• Stay connected with players, talent, and fans.

• Collect feedback and translate it into product enhancements.

• Recognize patterns across markets and modify the approach accordingly.

• Assist in the launch and rollout of Legends events across regions.

• Evaluate performance based on attendance, engagement, and viewership.

• Refine format, content, and experience based on results.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role with clear product ownership.

• Proven experience in building and delivering products, programs, or live experiences.

• Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions.

• Strong capability to prioritize and make decisions with limited information.

• Clear communicator adept at aligning cross-functional teams.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Passion for gaming, live events, or content-driven products.
