This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.
• Take charge of the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation for ServiceTrade's Forms platform.
• Oversee the integration process with our forms vendor.
• Manage the resolution of customer escalations.
• Define and convey the Forms roadmap to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with customers to grasp their workflows and convert them into product requirements.
• Develop forms, quality assurance templates, and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineering.
• Interact with customers to gain insights into inspection workflows, compliance needs, and challenges.
• Take ownership of critical customer escalations: lead cross-functional teams to resolution rather than merely tracking progress.
• Direct and coordinate external contractors involved in forms development, quality assurance, and customer delivery.
• 3–5 years of experience in product and/or operations management within a technical or B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive knowledge of North American fire and life safety codes and standards, including NFPA, AES, ULC, Joint Commission, and related compliance requirements.
• Technical expertise: Experience in building integrations, a solid understanding of APIs/webhooks/data mapping, and the ability to read JSON or debug form configurations independently.
• Hands-on execution: Proficient in building, quality-assuring, and troubleshooting forms in conjunction with customers and engineering teams.
• Customer-facing experience: Skilled in gathering requirements directly from customers, conducting discovery sessions, and translating intricate workflows into product specifications.
• Stakeholder communication: Experienced in presenting roadmaps, drafting release notes, and ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned.
• Crisis judgment: Ability to discern when to escalate issues promptly and when to maintain the current course.
• Outcome ownership: Capable of measuring feature effectiveness, iterating based on data, and taking responsibility for the results.
