This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across various enterprise modules and custom applications.
• Implement intelligent workflows utilizing Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
• Develop and maintain scoped applications through ServiceNow Studio.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalogs, and integrations.
• Create AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions.
• Convert functional and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and technical troubleshooting.
• Engage in peer reviews and development governance.
• Assist with platform upgrades, enhancements, release management, deployment, UAT, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Develop integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and external enterprise systems.
• Support workflow orchestration across multiple enterprise applications.
• Participate in solution design workshops and technical discussions.
• Contribute to reusable integration frameworks, accelerators, and AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, stakeholders, and enterprise teams.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise or consulting settings.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Familiarity with at least two ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or Custom Applications.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents/Agentic Workflows, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Understanding of scoped applications, update sets, CI/CD, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and automation use cases.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Preferred familiarity with CRM workflows and customer operations.
• Preferred knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Preferred experience with low-code/no-code workflow automation.
• Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Preferred understanding of DevOps and release management processes.
• Preferred certifications: at least two of CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundation—CMDB/CSDM, or AI/GenAI micro-certifications.
