This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform directives into actionable deliverables: Interpret goals and priorities from product leadership and convert them into clear, buildable specifications with established requirements and success criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution: Guide engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders on a daily basis from problem identification to product launch. Conduct standups, monitor progress, remove obstacles for the team, and maintain momentum.
• Manage the specifics: Oversee scope, timelines, and dependencies. Identify risks early and keep leadership updated on progress and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with QA on quality assurance: Partner with QA and engineering to perform thorough testing, ensuring the team meets quality standards before product release.
• Present innovative ideas and supporting evidence: Test concepts with users, utilize prototypes, and analyze data, presenting well-structured proposals to product leadership. The most compelling ideas earn a place on the roadmap.
• Evaluate delivered outcomes: Assist in defining and measuring the metrics associated with your work, and provide honest reports on whether those metrics were impacted.
• Maintain clear communication: Ensure that partner teams and leadership are updated on status, obstacles, and outcomes. Escalate pertinent issues at appropriate times.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related role (engineering, design, product operations, program management) leading to a path in product.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities. You excel at keeping complex, multi-person projects on track.
• Authentic user empathy and a developing product sense. You are invested in whether our outputs are genuinely valuable.
• Proficient with data: You can interpret metrics, ask insightful questions, and recognize when something is not performing well.
• Exceptional communication skills. You articulate clearly and ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and contemporary product tools.
