This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy, roadmap, market positioning, and commercial success for perioperative and procedural solutions.

• Collaborate with surgical services, perioperative, medical, revenue cycle, HIM, coding, clinical informatics, digital transformation, and health IT leaders to identify and address workflow challenges.

• Establish product strategy and outcomes-driven roadmaps for perioperative and procedural content offerings.

• Cultivate expertise in clinical terminology, reference data, workflow applications, integrations, and end-user experiences.

• Work alongside channel partners and EHR vendors to enhance procedure and perioperative content integration.

• Create and present business cases for adjacent growth opportunities utilizing clinical knowledge assets, procedural content, and AI capabilities.

• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Keep track of regulatory, reimbursement, quality reporting, and interoperability requirements.

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that showcase clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

• Set pricing strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams.

• Work in partnership with product marketing, sales, and customer success to enhance awareness, expand the pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

• Engage with content licensors, standards organizations, and third-party vendors.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, customer empathy, and continuous improvement within the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare provider environment or related product management role.

• Experience with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, or other enterprise healthcare platforms that support clinical, operational, and financial workflows.

• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes associated with surgical and procedural services, including prior authorization, charge capture, coding, claim editing, or reimbursement optimization.

• Knowledge of clinical data standardization, interoperability, or healthcare AI solutions.

• Understanding of clinical terminology standards pertinent to perioperative and procedural workflows, such as CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, and LOINC.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site team collaboration.
