Product Manager – Outbound, New Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the field strategy for designated product launches

• Create product demonstrations, proof-of-concept frameworks, and scalable field training

• Engage in customer discovery, detailed explorations, and proof-of-value initiatives

• Evaluate and enhance messaging strategies in real-time deals with Sales Engineers

• Identify reasons for competitive losses

• Provide Product Management with analytical insights across customer accounts

• Differentiate between product deficiencies and issues related to positioning or sales strategy

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to rigorously test messaging and provide feedback on effectiveness

• Take ownership of the General Availability transition by documenting successes, failures, and field requirements

• Transition to upcoming product launches and replicate the process

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering within enterprise security

• Ability to quickly synthesize unfamiliar products and establish a field strategy from limited information

• Experience in a pre-launch or early-stage product setting where no playbook was available

• Development of specific programs, strategies, or deliverables from the ground up

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to interact credibly with technical buyers and security teams

• High level of operational excellence and ownership

• Strong analytical abilities

• Aptitude for reasoning through ambiguous challenges and forming actionable hypotheses

• Previous experience in new product launches, design partnerships, early-access, or beta programs is a plus

• Experience leading or presenting in structured cross-functional meetings is advantageous

• Familiarity with enterprise security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Wiz, Microsoft, or similar is beneficial

• Comfort with utilizing AI tools to synthesize qualitative feedback is a plus

• Prior experience in a startup environment is advantageous
