Product Manager, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with merchants and PSP partners to navigate the entire integration process, from solution design and API integration to testing, launch, and post-launch support.

• Facilitate technical discussions with merchant product and engineering teams to devise optimal integration strategies utilizing Binance payment solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact between merchants, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure effective communication and efficient problem resolution.

• Provide direct support during merchant integrations, assisting in troubleshooting technical challenges and maintaining a high success rate for integrations.

• Educate merchants on best practices for integration, API utilization, and ideal payment flows tailored for both web and mobile platforms.

• Assist merchants in crafting effective checkout experiences and enhancing payment UI/UX to boost end-user conversion and payment success rates.

• Carry out integration testing with merchants and internal teams to confirm payment flows and ensure readiness for launch.

• Evaluate merchant feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing Binance payment products and integration tools.

• Collaborate with product teams to address functionality gaps and suggest improvements that enhance the merchant integration experience.

• Regularly engage with merchants to understand their needs, gather insights, and help refine their payment integration over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payment integrations, fintech, or technical roles that involve direct merchant interaction.

• Proven experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or merchant payment solutions.

• Deep understanding of REST APIs and integration workflows.

• Capability to work closely with merchant product or engineering teams to guide technical integrations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business domains.

• Familiarity with web or mobile technologies (such as JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, Java, Python, etc.) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of crypto or Web3 payment infrastructure is a significant plus.
