This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement medical marketing strategies that promote the scientific positioning and successful commercialization of DT120.
• Assist in developing the KOL engagement strategy, which includes identifying, segmenting, nurturing relationships, and planning ongoing engagement.
• Oversee the planning and execution of advisory boards, focusing on objectives, attendee selection, content creation, logistics, and capturing insights.
• Support the strategy and execution of medical congresses, which encompasses sponsorships, exhibits, symposia, scientific communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment of medical marketing and scientific engagement efforts with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with external agency partners and vendors involved in congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific communications.
• Collect and analyze insights from KOL interactions, advisory boards, congresses, and market intelligence to guide brand and evidence-generation strategies.
• Assist in crafting scientific communication materials and engagement initiatives that enhance awareness, credibility, and readiness for product launch.
• Travel as necessary, averaging 20–30%, with increased travel during congresses and launch phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, particularly in medical marketing, medical affairs operations, scientific communications, or commercial launch support.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations related to scientific exchange, promotional activities, and engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Preferred experience in managing KOL engagement programs, advisory boards, and activities related to medical congresses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
• Proficient in analyzing scientific, clinical, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Effective in cross-functional collaboration; intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, and skilled at communicating and advocating for strategic recommendations.
• Launch experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market is preferred.
• Background in supporting scientific communications, congress planning, speaker programs, or publication-related tasks is preferred.
• Experience in CNS/psychiatry, specialty pharmaceuticals, or complicated treatment categories is preferred.
• Familiarity with REMS products or innovative treatment delivery models is preferred.
• Ability to distill complex clinical and market data into actionable strategies.
• Strong presentation skills, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams, KOLs, and agency stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed; average travel is 20–30%, with increased travel during congresses and launch periods.
