This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Materials Management capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges in procurement, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and supply chain.
• Define requirements and prioritize enhancements concerning purchasing workflows, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with implementation, support, and client-facing teams to ensure that solutions align with customer needs.
• Build, develop, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Multiview’s offerings, clients, and the market.
• Work closely with developers, designers, software implementers, client support, UX, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Articulate user problems and potential issues in a manner that inspires innovative solutions.
• Create use cases and requirements documentation that effectively communicate user pain points.
• Conduct user research to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
• Drive product vision and strategy throughout the organization.
• Act as the product subject matter expert, fostering confidence in product capabilities and the roadmap.
• Contribute to and review documentation and go-to-market materials.
• Engage in process improvement and team initiatives.
• Exemplify Multiview’s core values and enhance the reputation of the company and its clients.
• Previous experience in a SaaS product management role.
• Background in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, materials management, supply chain operations, or ERP systems that support these functions.
• A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or computer science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in working with enterprise software.
• Capability to extract information from interviews, documents, test data, and hands-on work to identify underlying problems.
• Proven analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of projects.
• Capacity to operate with minimal supervision and/or adhere to strict deadlines across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
• Familiarity with procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Previous experience as a software product manager is considered an asset.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Multiview Financial products or other ERP software is advantageous.
• Willingness to be coached, mentored, and motivated to reach full potential.
• Successful candidates are required to undergo a background check verification through an external vendor.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in Canada.
