This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Take charge of product functionalities that enhance referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other key customer experiences at the initial stage.
• Collaborate with Intake, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, providers, case managers, care coordinators, and health plan stakeholders to pinpoint workflow obstacles and areas for improvement.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and examine operational data to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing customer and employee experiences.
• Track metrics related to referral, intake, enrollment, conversion, throughput, and adoption, prioritizing improvements that boost operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Convert business requirements and discovery insights into workflow journeys, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work alongside Salesforce administrators, architects, and engineering teams to enhance Salesforce-based workflows, automation, and user experiences.
• Partner with engineering to create scalable, user-friendly, and operationally effective solutions.
• Assist in product launches, training, documentation, and strategies for adoption.
• Relay priorities, progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and business partners.
• Team up with analytics teams to establish reporting and visibility for intake operations and product performance.
• 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, healthcare technology, or other regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in working with Salesforce CRM and customer-centric workflow management systems.
• Experience in supporting referral management, intake, enrollment, customer onboarding, lead management, customer acquisition, or other initial business processes.
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs, managed care organizations, provider networks, care coordination, case management, or referral-driven healthcare services.
• Proven ability to oversee product capabilities from discovery through delivery in Agile settings.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to utilize operational and customer data to inform prioritization decisions.
• Experience in leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance operational workflows, product management efficiency, and customer or business outcomes.
• Capacity to translate intricate business processes into straightforward requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaborative skills with an aptitude for building trust across business and technology teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Capability for repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and remaining in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Visual acuity necessary for the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
