Product Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Articulate and disseminate the product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps pertaining to data platforms, modernization projects, workflow solutions, and business applications.

• Leverage customer insights, product metrics, business goals, and stakeholder feedback to steer investment and prioritization decisions.

• Advocate for customer and business requirements throughout the product planning, prioritization, and delivery phases.

• Collaborate with product owners, customers, stakeholders, architects, and engineers to affirm product direction and solutions.

• Facilitate product discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, release planning, and roadmap execution.

• Convey priorities, roadmap decisions, and product direction to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture product owners and other team members across various teams.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, support career development, and encourage continuous improvement.

• Assist teams in establishing effective planning, prioritization, communication, and delivery practices.

• Identify opportunities related to emerging technologies, modern platforms, and practical AI capabilities.

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI features where suitable.

• Guide teams on responsible and practical everyday applications of AI.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or similar product leadership roles.

• Proven track record in defining, delivering, and enhancing software products.

• Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing product owners and/or other team members.

• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading multiple teams concurrently.

• Familiarity with technical products, enterprise platforms, data solutions, or business applications.

• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices.

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, or comparable product and delivery management tools.

• Experience in close collaboration with architects, software engineers, and technical teams.

• Ability to translate customer and business requirements into product strategies, priorities, and actionable plans.

• Established ability to influence cross-functional teams and promote alignment among diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team meetings and company events.

• Preferred: experience with Data Lake, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, Databricks, modernization projects, enterprise applications, workflow solutions, large-scale business systems, emerging technologies, innovation opportunities, and enterprise software product roadmaps.
