This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and defining the roadmap to launching, iterating, and optimizing.
• Act as the technical expert for the content management platform, guiding architecture decisions, content modeling, API strategy, and technical discussions with the Engineering team.
• Collaborate with senior Product Management leadership to co-manage the platform roadmap, prioritizing engineering investments that have the most significant impact on customers and the business.
• Create and refine API contracts while ensuring a clear division among content authoring, storage, delivery, and presentation layers to facilitate long-term platform scalability.
• Develop and enhance platform capabilities that support content experiences across Sportsbook, Casino, Predictions, and other customer interactions, including personalization and regional content delivery.
• Promote automation and platform enablement by providing tools and capabilities that minimize manual work, empower operators, and allow other teams to build more effectively on the platform.
• Convert business objectives and customer requirements into clearly defined specifications, success metrics, and delivery plans while closely collaborating with Engineering, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders.
• Leverage qualitative insights, quantitative data, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives, assess performance, communicate trade-offs, and continuously enhance the platform.
• A Bachelor's Degree or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with a proven history of launching and scaling technical platforms or customer-facing experiences.
• Experience in defining platform architecture, content management systems, API strategies, or other highly technical platform capabilities in close collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Strong comprehension of content management platforms, content modeling, API design, and principles of scalable platform development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the sports betting sector, including odds, markets, parlays, and how editorial and promotional content enhances the customer experience before and during live events.
• Proven capability to make data-driven decisions, prioritize competing initiatives, and balance short-term execution with long-term platform strategy.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders across cross-functional teams.
• A collaborative, customer-centric approach with the capacity to navigate uncertainty and deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic environment.
