Product Manager, Growth Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify and commercialize future growth prospects.

• Lead market intelligence efforts and competitive analysis to uncover customer needs, competitive threats, and market opportunities.

• Inform the portfolio strategy utilizing market intelligence.

• Conduct business analytics and assess market trends.

• Develop financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, investment requirements, and return on investment (ROI).

• Scout for emerging technologies and potential strategic partners.

• Evaluate partner compatibility and oversee early-stage partnership development, including pilot design and commercialization planning.

• Assess novel technologies and integration opportunities to enhance the portfolio.

• Shape long-term growth roadmaps and provide executive recommendations.

• Synthesize data-driven insights to influence decision-making across functions.

• Foster alignment and collaboration among Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams.

• Drive prioritized opportunities from identification through business case development, validation, and commercialization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, growth strategy, market/competitive intelligence, business analytics, corporate/business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, or a related field.

• Proven track record of independently managing intelligence, analytics, or growth workstreams, or leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Practical experience with analytics and market intelligence tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and business judgment skills.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority and to build consensus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
