This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Complete business ownership and accountability for achieving financial outcomes for the designated product line(s).
• Engage with key customers to cultivate trusted partnerships and gain insights into their workflows and future business requirements.
• Convert customer insights and needs into product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop the product portfolio, product roadmaps, and new initiatives.
• Create and manage the annual marketing strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring impeccable execution across the ‘4 Ps & 3Cs’ of marketing.
• Provide strategic guidance for all product and portfolio-related projects.
• Work alongside cross-functional and international teams in Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Commercial sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred along with 7+ years of industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management and/or marketing leadership is required.
• Knowledge of the analytical and/or industrial instrument sector is preferred.
• Previous experience with air quality and process gas instrumentation is advantageous.
• Experience in global settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
