
Product Manager, Fulfillment – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, which includes prescription writing and approval processes, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, as well as the tools that support Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams.
• Manage the complete medication delivery reliability, establishing metrics, enhancing visibility, and collaborating across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure that every patient receives their medication punctually, every time.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, outline, and implement dependable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hours.
• Identify and prioritize areas for automating manual fulfillment workflows.
• Assess the success of launched features and devise data-driven solutions for enhancement.
• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably as a PM closely collaborating with backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teams.
• Strong technical proficiency - able to read API documentation, compose integration specifications, and work closely with engineers on architectural decisions.
• Experience in delivering fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products. Background in healthcare or DTC pharmacy is preferred.
• Proven experience in owning operational reliability metrics from start to finish.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of utilizing data to inform product decisions and assess success.
