This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
β’ Take charge of the roadmap for engagement and social features that transform the medication delivery app into a daily-use tool.
β’ Spearhead the development of Circles, private user communities designed to support GLP-1 users and foster a sense of community.
β’ Establish and manage the freemium loop for supporters, potential users, and current customers of competitors.
β’ Utilize behavioral design, growth loops, and clinical limitations to boost user engagement.
β’ Perform qualitative and quantitative research while simultaneously running multiple tests.
β’ Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine the product's direction.
β’ Define and oversee key metrics, including weekly active users, retention rates, and freemium-to-customer conversion rates.
β’ Report directly to the Head of Product.
β’ Work alongside the Engagement Pod, which includes a product designer and a lean engineering team.
β’ Ship and iterate through weekly sprint cycles.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer applications.
β’ Proven track record of 0-to-1 product development in a Senior Product Manager role.
β’ Experience in developing social, community, and/or growth-oriented conversion features.
β’ Strong understanding of user retention and referral mechanics.
β’ Proficient in freemium conversion strategies, retention curves, and activation funnels.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguous problems from hypothesis to roadmap and outcomes independently.
β’ Strong data fluency with a commitment to maintaining accurate and transparent metrics.
β’ Experience in defining new metrics or refining existing ones.
β’ Capability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research autonomously.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tests simultaneously.
β’ Capacity to work quickly and deliver results within weekly sprint cycles.
β’ Adequate overlap with European and US time zones, including availability during mid-day Pacific Time when necessary.
