Product Manager, Encounter Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Navitus submits Encounter Data files in compliance with the guidelines provided by each State.

• Collaborate with Encounter Data Business Analysts to maintain compliance and consistency across Encounter Data processes.

• Lead the implementation of new Encounter Data initiatives.

• Drive root cause analysis efforts when Encounter Data issues arise.

• Oversee fixes and enhancements related to Encounter Data, including the development of system requirements and testing.

• Ensure that post-implementation monitoring confirms the effectiveness of fixes and enhancements.

• Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries regarding Encounter Data and system enhancements.

• Manage the timely and accurate delivery of Performance Guarantee results, utilizing them to enhance processes and oversight.

• Ensure that metrics are consistently monitored and reported.

• Address Encounter Data-related inquiries in RFPs.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement these enhancements.

• Keep track of Encounter Data-related regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to them.

• Ensure that controls notify the appropriate individuals and initiate necessary actions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Medicaid Encounter Data is required.

• Proven experience in successfully leading root cause analysis projects is required.

• Experience in Project Management and/or as a Business Analyst is preferred.

• Preferred experience in data analysis.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with other employees.
