This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and articulate the strategic vision and narrative for the diabetic eye screening product.
• Develop product roadmaps aimed at expanding market share and penetrating public, private, and international markets.
• Conduct thorough research on products, technology, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies and execution for new products and features.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle and the corresponding value narrative.
• Deliver value incrementally through small, regularly releasable updates.
• Foster customer and user relationships and advocate for their needs within the product team.
• Utilize user-centered design principles to enhance user, patient, and customer experiences.
• Organize and facilitate customer and user engagement and feedback sessions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs that align with business-unit OKRs.
• Evaluate third-party solutions for cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.
• Oversee, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Handle demand intake, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and standards for readiness.
• Ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality, and interoperable solutions.
• Coordinate product releases and associated communications.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Enhance team workflows, delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
• Create and sustain product materials for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Monitor and enhance product return on investment in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Prepare business cases for executive-level audiences.
• Support sales initiatives through product expertise, materials, training, and pitch assistance.
• Assess, negotiate, and oversee third-party solutions.
• Proven product manager with outstanding communication and influencing capabilities.
• Demonstrable SaaS product management experience with measurable value delivered.
• Experience in delivering AI/data products.
• Familiarity with AI applications to enhance efficiency and collaboration with AI-enabled development teams.
• Experience in agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Background in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience in scaling products internationally.
• Exceptional skills in written, in-person, and online communication and presentations.
• Proactive and capable of working independently.
• Strong focus on user/customer experience.
• Ability to solve problems and create options.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in changing environments.
• Degree-level education or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical fields is a plus, although specific qualifications are not mandatory.
• Must possess the right to work and travel within the UK; documentary proof is required.
• Successful completion of vetting and reference checks.
• Capability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
