This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Decompose product initiatives into manageable, frequently deliverable increments of value and evaluate outcomes with customers and stakeholders.
• Foster trusted relationships with customers and users, advocating for their needs within the broader product team.
• Utilize design thinking to outline comprehensive user, patient, and data journeys, enhancing usability and overall experience.
• Facilitate customer and user engagement sessions to gather feedback.
• Keep abreast of the domain, market trends, and competitors to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs that align with business-unit OKRs.
• Evaluate third-party solutions with technical teams for cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.
• Oversee, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Manage the demand funnel and prioritize new tasks.
• Approve requirements and user-story documentation, defining acceptance criteria and standards for readiness and completion.
• Ensure the timely delivery of scalable, high-quality, and interoperable solutions.
• Coordinate product releases and associated communications.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Enhance team delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in collaboration with development leaders.
• Develop and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Monitor and enhance product-team ROI alongside finance and sales.
• Assist sales teams with product collateral, training, and prospect presentations.
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for new features and products.
• Aid in the creation of product-related business cases using cost analyses, user analytics, and platform insights.
• Proven experience as a product owner with a strong focus on delivery and a proactive approach.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and online communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong emphasis on user and customer needs.
• Proficient in problem-solving and generating viable options.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrable SaaS product ownership experience with a track record of delivering customer value is a plus.
• Experience in delivering AI/data products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and collaborating with an AI-enabled development team is beneficial.
• Experience in agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies is a plus.
• Background in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! is beneficial.
• Experience in scaling a product internationally is a plus.
• No specific qualifications are mandatory; however, a degree or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical fields would be advantageous.
• Must possess the right to work and travel within the UK.
• Documentary proof of the right to work and travel will be required.
• Satisfactory completion of vetting and reference checks.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
