This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the Device Intelligence product roadmap and lead quarterly planning, effectively setting and sharing priorities across our strategic themes.
• Establish and maintain a prioritized product backlog utilizing clear priority frameworks that align with business value, customer KPIs, and engineering capabilities.
• Spearhead initiative definition through organized discovery cycles, identifying opportunities and advancing items from research to design and implementation.
• Participate in release planning and establish delivery expectations in collaboration with engineering and delivery leads across sprint and quarterly cycles.
• Create comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and acceptance criteria for Device Intelligence capabilities.
• Act as the product owner for multiple engineering teams (Cloud, Firmware, Research, QA), providing guidance and resolving blockers to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and validate workflows that are enhanced by LLM and AI, including automated feature extraction pipelines and data labeling tools.
• Conduct thorough competitive analyses, benchmarking CUJO AI's capabilities against market alternatives in terms of accuracy, feature breadth, and commercial positioning.
• Proven experience in product management for a technical B2B software product, preferably in the fields of networking, cybersecurity, or IoT.
• Strong understanding of device intelligence or related areas, such as device fingerprinting, network traffic analysis, or protocol-level identification.
• Competence in defining product requirements for AI/ML systems, including workflows assisted by LLM, clustering algorithms, automated labeling, and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with networking and IoT protocols: Wi-Fi 802.11ax/be (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), MLO, Matter, Thread, DHCP, mDNS, and HTTP User-Agent.
• Proficient in data analysis: capable of interpreting KPI dashboards, querying device intelligence datasets, and extracting actionable insights from quantitative data.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, quarterly planning frameworks, and backlog management practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience with product and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
