This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish functional requirements for new data features and products in collaboration with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Create and execute data product strategies that align with the company's vision.
• Partner with senior management to develop product plans and roadmaps.
• Work closely with engineering to assess effort, negotiate feature trade-offs, and advocate for additional resources when necessary.
• Empower sales, marketing, and customer success teams to effectively launch and support data products.
• Ensure that products and releases are launched accurately and punctually.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and various teams to inform requirements, features, and final products.
• Offer innovative suggestions to broaden the product portfolio and vision.
• Over 3 years of experience working with healthcare data, either directly or in related fields such as revenue cycle or managed care.
• Extensive experience handling large, complex datasets, data processing pipelines, and data warehouses (beyond basic SQL databases).
• Proficient in SQL, with additional skills in Python being advantageous. Experience with EDI/x12 is also beneficial.
• Inquisitive and opinionated about the market—capable of forming and defending well-thought-out perspectives on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
• Innovative and proactive in utilizing AI tools to enhance product discovery, analysis, and execution.
• Proven experience conducting viability experiments and testing product hypotheses with limited resources.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical product concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable articulating, researching, and estimating ROI for product decisions.
• Technically fluent in communicating with designers and engineers, possessing a solid intuition for technical effort requirements.
• Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving early-stage environment where decisions are frequently made with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across varying levels of seniority and functions.
