Director of Product Management, Internal AI Product Strategy & Ops

Posted Jun 25

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the continuous internal AI strategy and operational framework: determine which capabilities to enhance, which to phase out, and ensure the model evolves as tools and requirements change.

• Define the product vision for the internal knowledge/context layer and the repository of reusable skills, agents, and workflows; establish priorities and collaborate with engineering and data teams for execution.

• Oversee the standards, governance, and trust framework in conjunction with security, legal, and the AI Governance Committee, enabling employees to operate swiftly within established, secure guidelines.

• Manage the metrics that indicate the effectiveness of the internal AI investment (including adoption, reuse, and transformation of work processes) and adjust priorities with each cycle.

• Develop the adoption strategy and the criteria for scaling initiatives across the company; implement this through Learning & Development, a network of ambassadors, and departmental leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience, including leadership of a strategic program or internal function. (For Senior Director: 15+ years with prior Director-level experience.)

• A proven history of formulating strategy and managing operations for a company-wide capability that has been sustained over time, rather than being a one-time initiative.

• High proficiency with contemporary AI tools and a well-defined perspective on their future trajectory and implications for an internal operating model.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments and working alongside governance, security, or legal to establish lasting solutions.

🏝️ Benefits

• Flexible work schedules and remote work options are available for many positions.

• Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees, dependents, and domestic partners, with up to 80% paid.

• Comprehensive time-off policy (21 days of PTO in your first year).

• Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays.

• 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents.

• Six weeks of paid sabbatical after six years of service.

• Educational Assistance Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program.

• 401(k) plan with an up to 4% match.

• Stock options.

• And much more!
