This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product vision and roadmap for content aimed at caregivers and partnerships in care.
• Convert company objectives related to caregiver outcomes, engagement, and clinical quality into actionable, prioritized product initiatives.
• Establish the content strategy: determine what we develop, the sequence of releases, and how it contributes to caregiver outcomes and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize chances to leverage AI and personalization to provide the right content to caregivers at optimal moments.
• Balance immediate execution with long-term strategy to enhance the content and partner offerings continuously.
• Manage the content roadmap: decide which content is created, updated, or retired based on caregiver requirements, engagement metrics, and clinical priorities.
• Supervise the entire content production process, collaborating with clinical, coaching, and content production teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Define the criteria for what constitutes “highly engaging” content across various formats and consistently elevate these standards.
• Ensure content displays correctly and feels native on iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets, working closely with engineering as needed.
• Develop personalized care plans that convert each family's circumstances into actionable strategies supported by the appropriate content and resources at the right time.
• Organize content into customizable programs that adapt to varying caregiver journeys, diagnoses, stages, and preferences.
• Utilize AI and data-driven personalization to customize the content experience while upholding empathy and trust.
• Continuously assess and enhance how personalization influences engagement, knowledge acquisition, and caregiver confidence.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize promising partnerships that significantly expand Ceresti’s offerings and enhance the caregiver experience.
• Manage partner relationships from sourcing to integration, ensuring that partnerships contribute to a cohesive caregiver experience.
• Collaborate with legal, clinical, operations, and engineering teams to define the scope of integrations and launch new partnerships.
• Regularly review the partner portfolio and make adjustments based on caregiver value and strategic alignment.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to facilitate efficient delivery by engineering and content teams.
• Work closely with engineering and design to outline, prioritize, and implement features that realize the content and partner roadmap.
• Leverage modern AI tools to speed up product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while maintaining high clarity, quality, and usability standards.
• Be proactive and resourceful. Remove obstacles for teams, clarify decisions, and maintain momentum when challenges arise.
• Collaborate extensively with clinical, coaching, operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure content and partner experiences meet actual caregiver needs.
• Work with data and analytics teams to define metrics for content, engagement, and personalization, review insights, and integrate learnings into product strategies.
• Clearly communicate product plans, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Define, track, and take ownership of key metrics related to content engagement, personalization, and partner impact.
• Utilize qualitative feedback from caregivers, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.
• Contribute to enhancing product management practices, tools, and processes within the Product team.
• BS/BA degree or higher.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in developing content-driven products, content management systems, or personalization systems.
• Experience in overseeing content production, content strategy, or curated programs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sourcing, evaluating, or integrating third-party partners is beneficial.
• Experience in delivering mobile experiences across iOS and Android, including phones and tablets, is a plus.
• Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into delivered product features and user experiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where resourcefulness and ownership are essential.
• Background in healthcare or caregiving is strongly preferred.
